Acrylic is built from a liquid and powder that hardens into a strong, rigid extension — the best choice for length, bold shapes, and durability. Gel extensions are built with hard gel that stays lighter and more flexible, with a high-gloss finish. If you’re hard on your hands or want dramatic length, acrylic is usually the better fit.
Acrylic is very durable. As your natural nail grows, a gap appears near the cuticle — a fill every 2–3 weeks closes that gap and rebalances the set.
New sets and fills both take about 75 minutes. Detailed nail art can add time — mention what you want at booking so we can set aside enough time. If you have an inspo pic, please upload it into our booking software.
